Name Change
I have changed the names of my RESTLog implementations. It was causing much confusion to have the Interface and the client and server implementations all called RESTLog. So I am keeping the title RESTLog for the specification. The names of my implementations are changing.
The RESTLog C# client I wrote is now officially called Pamphlet.
The RESTLog Python server implementation is now officially called Bulu. There is a story behind the name Bulu.
