Should the textile element in the RSS item fragments be in its own namespace?
(Sorry for the duplicated post!).

Hmmm… I am not good at namespaces at all… I was thinking at something more general than pure textile markup: something like Text Formatting (xmlns:tf) were to include textile markup, tikitext markup, wiki markup, mombo markup and so on, in order not to multiply namespaces without necessity, if one wants to include in RSS item fragments some formatting other than textile.
But, if you want something more limited, I think you can use something like xmlns:textile and make it point to the appropriate page on textism.com.

Given the discussion on Sam Ruby's Wiki, the textile element could probably be replaced by an originalContent element in an authoring: extension/namespace. Is there already some element in some given namespace to map this concept to?
